Who we are

Mhofu Invites is a service of Mhofu Finds, a UK sole trader. Contact: support@mhofufinds.co.uk.

What you are buying

A package that lets you create and publish one digital invitation for one event, with the features listed for that package on the pricing page at the time you buy. It is a digital service, delivered on payment. It is not a printed product.

Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are a one-off payment per event. Payment is taken securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

30-day money-back guarantee

If the service is not right for you, email us within 30 days of buying, from the address you ordered with, and we will refund you in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Your content and your guests

You own what you add. You confirm you have the right to use any images, music and text you upload or link to. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to hold your guests’ details and to send them invitations. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

How long your invitation stays online

Your invitation stays online for at least 12 months after your event date. You can download your guest list at any time on the Complete package.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. If we ever close the service we will give you notice and a chance to export your guest list.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to your local consumer rights.
