Who is responsible for your data

Mhofu Finds (UK sole trader), contact support@mhofufinds.co.uk, is the controller of account and order data. For guest details you enter, you are the controller and we are your processor.

What we collect

Your email, name and a hashed password. Your orders. The content of your invitation and the guest list you add (names, optional email and phone, groups). Guests’ replies: name, attendance, plus-one names, dietary needs, and any answers they choose to give. We record when a personal link is first opened.

Why we use it

To provide the service you bought, take payment, and support you. We do not sell data and we do not use guest details for marketing.

Who else handles it

Stripe (payments) and our database and hosting providers. Guests’ replies are visible only to the host who created the event.

Search engines

Invitation pages are marked so search engines do not list them. Anyone with a link can open that invitation, so share links only with people you invite.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies on this service.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. If an event is deleted, its guest list and replies are deleted with it.
